Step 1. On the computer, Login to O365 account and then open Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Step 6. In case the Export Role is missing, users can add it by clicking on Edit Role Group.

Step 7. In the next step, navigate to More Resources and open Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal. Then go to Content Search and select New Search.
