Ihram wearing time for Hajj and Umrah

Other acts you can do after completing the pilgrimage

After completing your Hajj and Umrah, you are allowed to exit from Ihram state. Now you can also do other Nafl acts and Ziyarats. Even one is allowed to perform Nafl Tawaf without the Ihram state. You may also enter Masjid al-Haram for your prayers and Duas.

Sacred  for men

The outfit for men is made up of two white plain pieces of clothing called the ‘Izar’ and the ‘Rida’. Izar covers the upper part of the body, whereas Rida is for the lower part. Men should remove any sewed or tailored clothing before entering the Ihram state. You will have to remove the clothes on Miqat that violates the rules. One is allowed to wear stitched sandals or shoes, but they must not cover the ankle bones.

Ihram for women

There is no particular dress for women. They are free to dress however they please. But the dress they are wearing should be according to Islamic tradition and culture. Although the hands and faces must be uncovered. Wearing socks is permitted. Abaya can be the best dress for women’s Ihram as it will cover the whole body of a woman.
